Here at our Scarborough, Maine facility we keep a wide variety of Rental Exhibits in stock, including table-top, 8 foot and 10 foot backwall exhibits, exhibit counters and we can also create 20 foot and 30 foot exhibits by combining multiple units.

Why rent?  Time, cost savings and flexibility are key benefits to renting an exhibit. Renting an “off the shelf” exhibit is a cost-effective alternative and provides the opportunity to “try before you buy” in order to evaluate what works best for your trade show needs.

Off-the-shelf rental exhibits from Nimlok Maine are ready to go, so the only time investment is in the design and printing of your graphics to create your customized message. We can handle the design and production of your graphics, which you will own for re-use at future shows.

For smaller trade shows or when faced with a reduced budget, a table top exhibit can be the answer! A variety of overhead lighting, backlit headers and graphics are available to accompany the exhibit examples pictured here! The 3 and 4 panel exhibits are provided with Black Velcro receptive fabric to receive your graphics, The C22C Pop-up can have black Velcro panels or we can produce full mural graphic panels to replace the fabric.

The most common booth space size is the 10’ x 10’ space and these rental exhibits offer a great backdrop for your graphic messaging. The Nimlok COMPACT C33C 8 foot and C43C 10 foot can be supplied with black Velcro receptive panels or we can produce full mural graphic panels to replace the fabric.

EASY ST panel exhibits are all supplied finished in black Velcro receptive fabric. A variety of overhead lighting, backlit headers and graphics are available to accompany the exhibit examples pictured here!

 

A counter rental is a great booth accessory to provide a “comfort zone” for meeting Show Attendees, allow note-taking or provide a product demonstration. Pictured here are a few examples of the counters we have available on a rental basis.
